Sculpture & Performance in The Dell
Trees are the ultimate living art installation- now's your chance to become a part of our growing tree canopy in Baltimore!
The Urban Forest Project is seeking 200+ participants on Saturday, May 31 at the Festival. Between Noon and 3:30 pm, participants will pick up dots next to the Friends of Wyman Dell booth and also in the lower Dell where the Nourish Sculpture & Performance will take place. Come to our booth and grab a dot! Write your name on it, pledging to make Baltimore a greener place. At 4pm we will convene in the lower lawn of The Dell and have the Tree Ceremony, positioning the dots around the brown branch structure of the logo. This will help to create the visual message of Baltimore's larger tree canopy. The dots will remain in place until 5pm and then will be available for take away by the community.
